During shipping, the quick frozen commodities must be maintained at a temperature of 20 °F or less. If upon arrival the commodities are above 20 °F then regulate as fresh, unfrozen.Indicates dash Import Requirements 1An Import Permit is required. To obtain a permit, go to APHIS eFile. 2This commodity is subject to inspection at the port of entry and all general requirements of 7 CFR 319.56-3. 3T110a (Quick Freeze) At no time may the commodity’s temperature rise above 20 °F (-6.66°C).
