摘要: 鳳梨果實外銷作業流程為:鳳梨果實→採收→田邊集貨→運輸→卸貨→選別、分級→清潔→包裝→檢驗→運輸→外銷。鳳梨果實內銷作業流程為:鳳梨果實→採收→田邊集貨→運輸→內銷。上述流程中鳳梨「果實之取得」為貯運主要關鍵控制點,包括成熟度和栽培期間果實是否施用植物生長調節劑。以台農17號鳳梨為例,夏秋季採收成熟度以果面轉色1/4為宜,太早採收品質不佳,太遲採收果實不耐貯運。過度施用植物生長調節劑會降低果實貯運性,尤其是貯藏後果肉水浸狀明顯增加。其餘各作業均為控制點。 Postharvest handling system for pineapples:G Fruits harvest by hand →? stack at orchard sites →? transport to packinghouse →? sorting and sizing →? cleaning →? hand pack in to carton →鑊inspection→? load in to container →? shipping →? foreign markets. →顪shipping→轠domestic or local markets. The most important control checking point of postharvest handling system is the fruit quality of pineapple at harvest point. The fruits quality are affected by picking maturity and fruits spray with plant regulators during fruit growth period. 'TN17' pineapples as example,Athe better picking maturity is 1/3 shell yellowing of fruits in summer and autumn. The earlier picking maturity the poorer quality, but picking to late(]full mature)^, the storage and shelf-life are shorter. During fruit growth periods spray with plant regulators decrease the storage life and also increase the translucency of flesh after storage. Every site of the handling system is the control checking point that should audit the fruits quality. |
