離水時間對非洲菊切花採收後水分平衡之影響

摘要: 本試驗以商業栽培品種'Furore'和'Ornella'非洲菊切花為材料,探討切花採收時離水時間,對切花之花梗彎傾、瓶插壽命及水分平衡之影響。離水會影響'Furore'瓶插期間的花梗彎傾程度及瓶插壽命,但對'Ornella'之瓶插壽命影響不顯著。離水也會增加切花失水率及導致水分潛勢更低;離水1小時後'Furore'及'Ornella'的失水率分別為0.97%及3.5%,離水24小時後則分別增為15.4%及18.3%,各增加了15.4及5.2倍;二者的水分潛勢也分別由離水1小時的-0.5 MPa及-0.8 MPa,分別降至離水12小時後的-0.8 MPa及-1.2 MPa。離水也導致二供試品種復水初期吸水量降低,但對復水後的鮮重則無明顯影響。The effect of dehydration time on the vase life and water relations of cut flowers of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus 'Furore' and 'Ornella' were studied. Extended dehydration time resulted in shorter vase life and more scape bending of 'Furore' flowers. However, similar effects on 'Ornella' flowers were not significant. Dehydration after harvest increased water loss rate and lowered water potential of the flowers. The water loss of 'Furore' flowers was 0.97% in one hour of dehydration, but was 15.4% during 24 hours of dehydration. The water potential of there flowers was -0.5 MPa after one hour of dehydration and was -0.8 MPa after 12 hours of dehydration. The water loss of 'Ornella' flowers was 3.51% in one hour of dehydration, and was 18.3% during 24 hours of dehydration. The water potential of similar flowers was -0.8 MPa after one hour of dehydration and was -1.2 MPa after 12 hours of dehydration. Dehydration also caused decreased water uptake in the early rehydration period for gerbera, but had no significant effect on the fresh weight of the floret base when fully rehydrated.
