| 摘要： 設計製作田間移動式預冷機組及摺疊式吹氣型夾層塑膠壓差預冷與冷藏室，進行田間預冷作業試驗。此機械將消除產品田間餘熱，減少氣溫影響對蔬果採收後堆置田間所造成的品質劣變，以確保蔬果品質及延長低溫冷藏期限。A mobile precooling system with a refrigeration unit and a forced air cooling tent will be designed and built. Field precooling tests for fruits and vegetables will be carried in the system. The mobile precooling system will remove field heat of produce and also will be uses as a temporary cold store in the field. By using of the precooling system produce will maintain in good quality and extend their shelf life despite of hot temperature. |
