摘要: 宜蘭地區番石榴因感染根瘤線蟲,造成樹勢生長差,產量品質差,且感染根瘤線蟲後不易僅使用化學藥劑即可防治,本計畫擬以繁殖健康種苗,綜合利用化學藥劑及有機土壤添加物、放線菌,同時果園植被並播種線蟲忌避植物於已發病果園及新植田,期能降低番石榴果園之根瘤線蟲蟲口密度50%,並促進番石榴生長勢及增加產量20%,以改善根瘤線蟲對番石榴之危害,以維持當地之番石榴產業。The production and quality, and the growth of guava tree are bad because of the infection by root-knot nematode in Yilan area. It is not easy only to use the chemical agent then to prevent and control when the guava tree infected root-knot nematode. This plan plans to propagate the healthy seedling, integrate the nematicide and the organic soil amendment, the Streptomyces spp., and sow the repellent plants of nematode in the diseased and new plant orchard simultaneously. After this plan can reduce the density of root-knot nematode about 50%, promote the growth condition of guava and increase yield at least 20%, and decrease the root-knot nematode to damage of the guava, then in order to maintain the production of guava in Yilan. |
