摘要: 本試驗擬從營養管理著手及採後貯運保鮮手段,以提升及穩定番石榴品質為目標。擬探討: 1.(1).葉片無機營養狀態和果實品質之關係(2).提升夏果品質之方法建立(3)更年性及非更年性果實生理指標之篩選,以供育種及栽培之參考,並建立高品質之生產模式。(4).建立果實內外銷貯運保鮮流程及檢疫方法。 2.番石榴屬於寒害敏感型產品,無法利用低溫進行長期儲運或低溫殺蟲檢疫處理。本試驗今年度之研究目的在比較不同茉莉酸甲酯浸泡與減壓處理條件對降低番石榴果實寒害發生之效果,期能改進其燻蒸處理需要氣密設施與長時間之限制。 3.本計畫的目標包括番石榴多元化育種、抗氧化活性評估及基因型專一性標記的發展。基於品種多樣化的需求,除無籽性狀外,將針對紅肉、更年性及高抗氧化力等性狀進行品種選育。先前所培育的雜交、自交與開放授粉實生後代及F2族群將用以進行性狀評估與優良品系選拔。此外,這些番石榴種原及育種品系的果實也將同時用以進行抗氧化活性、亞硝酸鹽清除力等的分析。有鑑於RAPD分析應用在基因型鑑定上常見的低再現性問題,本計畫也將繼續把具多型性RAPD標記轉變成更可靠的擴增區域定序序列(SCAR)標記的工作。This study investigated to establish the cultivation and management mode for guava. The first is the relationship between quality and leaf nutrient. The second is the improvement of fruit quality in summer. The third is establich the screen marker in climacteric and non-climacteric fruit and fourth improvememnt of postharvest technology. Guava belongs to chilling-sensitive horticultural products and, therefore, is intolerance to long-term transportation or quarantine treatment under a 0 to 5℃ condition. The purpose of this study in 2009 is to investigate the effects of different soaking and infiltration treatments of methyl jasmonate (MJ) on the alleviating chilling injury of guava fruits. We hope to establishment of MJ soaking or infiltration treatment protocols in guava to circumvent the limitations, i.e. air-tight fumigation facility as well as time-consuming process, of MJ fumigation. The objectives of the current project include multipurpose breeding, antioxidant ability assessment, and genotype-specific marker development in guava. Because of the demand for diversified cultivars, characteristics such as red flesh, climacteric fruit, and high antioxidant capacity in addition to seedlessness will be evaluated in breeding for new cultivars. The progeny produced by crossing, selfing, or open pollination and F2 populations established previously will be employed in trait evaluation and elite line selection. In addition, the fruits of these breeding materials will be used for analyses of antioxidant capacity and nitrite scavenging ability. In view of the common problem of low reproducibility in RAPD analysis for use in genotype identification, the work of converting polymorphic RAPD markers into more reliable sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) markers will also continue in this project. |
