| 摘要： 鳳梨栽培模式與有機栽培根莖類作物及果品加工：鳳梨栽培模式將完成鳳梨母株除葉程度對種苗發育之影響、種苗採收後貯運試驗、果實外觀改善及農作物有機加工品預處理試驗工作。研發根莖類作物有機加工品預處理試驗及採後分級方法、採後處理流程，減少貯藏性耗損之技術並開發農產品加工多元化利用並使用非化學性加工材料及無防治劑等，提高附加產值。Establishment of organic farming systems for pineapple towards assess the effects on pineapple ortet defoliating on the plantlet growth, quantitative changes in each component of quality attributes in after harvest plantlet and fruits. The postharvest and storage technology of root crops and fruit processing by organic culture towards organic processed products of root crops and fruit to research and development of pretreatment and post-harvest methods, reduce storage depletion and the development of the processing of agricultural products to diversify the use and raise additional value. |
