摘要: 本研究主要利用外加含鈣營養元素或植物生長調節劑探討對「二林」及「馬來西亞種」楊桃(Averrhoa carambola L.)的果實硬度及貯藏品質的提升效果.試驗結果顯示:開花盛期至幼果期每週以氯化鈣0.1%、0.15%、0.2%、0.25%、GA3 1000 ppm、GA3 2000 ppm全株撒布,共計施用3次後,處理間果實的含鈣量與處理濃度並無顯著相關;鈣含量分別從14-31 ppm,處理間的差異性亦不大.果實品質以外加0.2%鈣處理的糖度較其他處理者為高.有待下期果再次進行,同時並繼續篩選適合藥劑種類及使用濃度,以推薦最佳之使用量.
