摘要: 柑橘為台灣最重要經濟果樹,因果實品質差異大與果品安全性而使發展潛力受到限制。本研究經由整合採前栽培管理技術,如樹形改造、肥培管理、病蟲害保護和採後處理技術,並經由教育訓練,建立並落實完整的柑橘安全生產體系。本年度以柑橘主要生產區嘉義縣和雲林縣等地區共選擇4處農田,將柑桔合理肥培管理原則定出,並依地區土壤、氣候及銷售產量目標訂出合理栽培行事曆。本年度另外完成茂谷柑防曬處理漢中草藥處理對椪柑綠黴菌生長之影響試驗。 Citrus is the most important commercial fruit crop in Taiwan. The development potential for citrus in Taiwan is limited due to fruit quality and safety. This study carried out in 4 citrus farms located in two main citrus production area. The study is to establish good and safety production calendar appropriately for each group production (regional adoption) for export and domestic markets. Consequently the production and quality will be maintained at market orientation and make farmers good returns from this system and sustanalbe protection of farmlands. The studies of Ponkan and Murcott fruit sunscald preventing treatments, and the effects of herb treatments on the green mold of Ponkan have been finished.
