摘要: 以目前栽培較多之紅色'科卡'和黃色'陽光'彩色甜椒為供試品種,果實分別於綠熟期、1/3轉色期、1/2轉色期與完全轉色期為材加以採收,調查果實生理性狀與品質之差異。另外將二個品種果實分別於綠熟期、1/3轉色期、1/2轉色期與完全轉色期加以採收,並在5、8、12、20、25 ℃下進行貯藏,貯藏期間每週檢測生理性狀與品質之變化,檢測項目包括呼吸率、乙烯生合成、含水量、脆度、色澤,可溶性固形物與維他命C含量。Two sweet pepper cultivars (Capsicum annuum cv. koka and Capsicum annuum cv. sunny) were selected for the trial. Fruit of two cultivars harvested at different maturity (green mature, 1/3 turning, 1/2 turning and full turning stage) were to detect the physiological and qualitative change during mature process at second trial, fruit with different maturity (green mature, 1/3 turning, 1/2 turning and full turning stage) were at 5, 8, 12, 20 and 25℃, to detect the physiological and qualitative change during mature process. The items for collecting every week in the both trials were respiration rate, ethylene biosynthesis, water content, cprispy, color, soluble solid and vit. C etc. |
