摘要： 本年度(97)主要研究包括以下四個工作項目: 1.鳳梨果實品質和貯運技術改進之研究。 2.鳳梨生理障礙發生原因與改善方法之研究。 3.改進栽培技術避免鳳梨冬天低溫開花。 4.鳳梨離體誘變及分子標誌輔助選拔技術開發。The major objective of this study included 4 items in the 97 fiscal year .There are: 1.The effect of shading and bagging on the quality of pineapple ('TN 17') and develope postharvest tecnology. 2. To improvement of physiological disorder of TN17 pneapple. 3.Improvement of Cultural Techniques for Ameliorating Flowering of Pineapple Induced by Winter Low Temperature. 4.Development of techniques for in vitro somaclonal mutation induction of pineapple and molecular marker-assisted selection.
