摘要: 番石榴(Psidium guajava L.),為台灣重要的熱帶果樹,可週年生產,果實品質優異且耐貯運,深具內外銷潛力。番石榴於春季植株大量萌發新梢及夏季高溫多雨,造成果實易軟化、果肉薄及糖度降低等現象,影響產品品質甚鉅;本計畫擬探討疏花、疏果時期及抑梢處理對改善夏期果品質之效果,期能建立最適合疏花、疏果期及抑梢處理技術,以減少養分的競爭與消耗,增進夏期果品質及產量。In Taiwan, guava(Psidium guajava L.)is an important tropical fruit crop and can be produced annually with high quality and long shelf-life and had very high potential for exporting market. Sprouting large amount of new flushes in the spring and heaving rainfall with high temperature in summer caused the fruit easy to become soften, thinner flesh and lower total soluble solid. To improve the guava quality in summer, the objectives of this research are to studies on thinning timing in different fruiting stage and flush suppress treatment in guava in summer. With this research we expect to improve the guava quality and construct the ideal thinning timing and flush suppress treatment. |
