摘要: 本計畫在研究中部地區梨、葡萄、甜柿及番石榴之分級、包裝、集貨與外銷現況,並調查承銷人、販運商、貿易商及消費者對現有分級包裝產品的看法,然後依此制定以上果品之分級標準,並推廣至產銷班應用,再以應用調查結果資料,估算符合外銷等級之數量。This project is to evaluate the fesibility of enhancing grading, packing, assembling, storage and transportation capacility of major fruit for exportation in Taichung District. Four major fruit of pear, grapes, guava and sweet persimmon were involoved in the studies. It will be based on the desire of buyers, shippers, traders and consumers in grading and packing for those fruit as to build a standardization system for grading and packing, and then adopt it to the production and marketing teams. Furthermore, it will run a active plan on the marketing program as to etimate the export quantity. |
