摘要: 本年度主要研究包括以下三個工作項目:
1.探討'台農21號'鳳梨採收最適的成熟度和貯運溫度。
2.研究有效率和正確的採收方法和流程,以供果農使用。
3.探討果梗開裂和斷心生理障礙發生原因和調查不同品種鳳梨果實酸度與有機酸代謝相關酵素活性之相關性,尋找可能影響不同品種間酸度差異之最關鍵酵素。未來配合關鍵酵素的分子標誌技術開發,將有助未來國內鮮食鳳梨之育種及鳳梨產業之發展。The major objective of this study included 3 items in the 95 fiscal year .There are:
1.The effect of harvest maturity on the quality, storage and transit of pineapple fruit('TN 21')in Taiwan and also studies the relationship of harvesting method and decay of pineapple fruit.
2.To develop an effective and practical harvest method that may be used by farmer.
3. To study peduncle crack percentage of 'TN17' pineapple and core crack of 'TN13' pineapple, and to investigate the correlation between pineapple flesh acidity and activities of acid metabolizing enzymes among cultivars. In the future, the cloning, sequencing and DNA marker development of the key enzyme gene(s) could be very a helpful tool in pineapple breeding program and the development of pineapple industry.
