摘要: 本計畫主要在於品種改良和研究採收處理技術,以提昇鳳梨品質。來年度5個工作項目有: 1. 研究採收成熟度和採收期對台農17號鳳梨果實品質和耐貯運能力,以確定最佳採收成熟度和耐貯運期限。 2. 探討不同預冷方法對鳳梨果實保鮮之效果。 3. 鳳梨變異株性狀調查分析;將調察其植株生長情形及其果實性狀及品質,將來可從中選拔優良品系。 4. 提昇鳳梨化學誘變效率;將針對EMS誘變條件進行更詳細之測試,以提高誘變效率。 5. 耐低溫植株選拔;將EMS誘變處理後之組培苗培養於15度C以下之環境中,以篩選耐低溫之植株。This research project is aimed at varity improvement and developing new method of postharvest treatment for the production and marketing of high quality pineapple fruits. There are 5 experiment scheduled for this year. There are(1) effect of harvest maturity and harvest time on the quality, storage and transit ability of pineapple fruit.(2) evaluation of beneficial and harmful effects of various precooling methed for the pineapple fruits.(3) examination of characteristics of induced pineapple mutants; plant growth and fruit development and quality will be examined and the results could be used for new line selection.(4) increasing the efficiency of mutation induction of pineapple; the factors affecting mutation induction efficiency will be tested in more detail. (5) selection of low temperature resistant mutants; EMS treated plantlets will be incubated at temperature below 15 degrees for chilling resistant plantlets will be selected.
