|摘要： 本研究之目的在於探討離水時間及立式可回收容器對重瓣洋樹梗「雙綠」品種切花品質之影響。洋桔梗離水時間越久，切花失水率增加。瓶插時切花吸水速率以離水0小時處理之11.4mg□O/gFw/hr以離水24小時處理之4mg□O/gFw/hr為最低。離水2小時之切花呼吸率最高，之後呼吸率隨離水時間增加而降低，此時乙烯釋放量亦明顯增加。切花以立式可回收容器與紙箱包裝經19小時模擬運輸後，立式可回收容器與紙箱包裝之切花瓶插壽命與垂頸率無顯著差異。但立式可回收容器包裝運輸之切花鮮重變化率增加13%，顯著優於紙箱包裝(鮮重減少4.5%)，同時於瓶插期間首先發生垂頸的日數，以立式可回收容器包裝運輸之切花顯著較紙箱包裝延遲5日。依據洋桔梗切花鮮重與運輸時間，11.4mg□O/gFw/hr吸水速率，可供為推算立式可回收容器適當裝水量。The purpose of this study was to find the effect of the duration from harvest time to soaking on the vase life and quality of “Shuang-Liuh” Eustoma cut flower. The water loss percentage of cut flower was directly related to the duration from harvest time to soaking. The highest (11.4mg□O/gFw/hr) and the lowest (4mg□O/gFw/hr) water uptake rate of the cut flowers in vase was obtained from the treatment of 0 and 24 hours after harvesting before soaking, respectively. The highest respiration rate was occurred at 2 hours after harvesting, and the respiration rate decreased and ethylene production increased as the time proceeded. No significant difference on the vase life and bent neck ration of flower was found between the treatment of procona and cardboard box package at a 19 hour simulated transportation. However, the fresh weight of the cut flower increased 13% and the bent-neck was appeared 5 day late in the procona package that caused 4.5% losing fresh weight of cut flower with cardboard box package. When the fresh weight of cut flower and the duration of transportation were concerned, he 11.4mg□O/gFw/hr of water uptake rate could be used as a reference to estimate the amount of water needed of procona packing system.
