摘要: 甘薯最近已經被認為是一種健康食品,高品質的鮮食甘薯也因而變成有利的商品。甘薯塊根的癒傷處理與控制環境貯藏在國外普遍被採用,但因程序過於複雜在國內很少使用。近年熱處理與癒傷並用技術在文獻上漸被探討,甘薯熱處理機械的發展將可能提高農民採取高品質採後處理程序的可能性。經由這些甘薯收穫後處理機械與設備研製計畫的完成,可以儲藏損失,增加農民收益,並完成甘薯生產機械化。Sweetpotato is considered as a health food. High quality sweetpotato might become a new profitable produce in the market. It is very common in some other countries to cure sweetpotato tubes before storage and store them in a controlled environment. But in Taiwan that might be too complicate to be practical. Recently, heat treatments are discussed in literatures as a pre-storage process. There is a potential to design heat treatment machinery for posthavest handling of sweetpotato. In this project, both heat treatment machinery and storage control system will be studied to decrease product loss during handling and increase commodity profits for sweetpotato.
