摘要: (一)、熱帶果樹研究團隊-果樹栽培及育種技術改進-建構番木瓜盆植經濟生產栽培技術之研究 為建構番木瓜盆栽生產技術,穩定番木瓜生產,本年度試驗涵蓋(1)進行不同盆器及盆栽容積試驗,與田間栽培方法比對其生育、產量及死亡率等,以建構番木瓜盆栽經濟栽培基礎資料。(2)利用土壤水分張力計搭配自動灌溉及肥料管理,建立適當水分管理數據。(3)建構番木瓜盆栽經濟栽培成園方法。 (二)、熱帶果樹研究團隊-高雄區果樹栽培及育種技術改進-應用生理指標篩選耐熱及耐寒之熱帶果樹品種     作物栽培上經常受到天候影響,導致品質及產量下降,並造成經濟損失,其中尤以溫度逆境對生產的影響最為常見,透過選育不同耐候性之品種,可改善氣候條件對作物生產之限制。本研究擬研發或運用已研發之生理指標於熱帶果樹育種上,篩選耐寒或耐熱之新品系,以因應氣候變遷所造成之產業困境。 (三)、熱帶果樹研究團隊-高雄區果樹栽培及育種技術改進-番石榴網室栽培生產效益評估 為評估番石榴於設施內生產之效益,本研究搭設16目針織網簡易網室,以5-6年生之珍珠拔品種供試。本年度將持續蒐集網室內微氣候資料,調查番石榴的生長發育、果實品質、產量、病蟲害情形與防治方法及夏季防風效果,作為實際栽培之參考依據,並建立一套設施栽培的管理模式。 (四)、熱帶果樹研究團隊-果樹栽培及育種技術改進-芒果網室設施生產之評估 探討網室栽培對愛文芒果著果、品質及病害發生率之影響,預期降低果實外觀不良率及減少果實病害各15-20%,以穩定芒果生產。(1)、Team of Tropical Fruit Research-Cultural Practice and Breeding Technology Improvement in Kaoshiung District-Establishment of Potted Cultivation Systems for Papaya Production To establish the potted cultivation systems for papaya production and stabilize the production of papaya, experiments with three projects will be conducted  this year. First, to establish the basic informations of potted-papaya for economic production, we test the performance of different structures and volumes of pot on the growth and yield of potted-papaya. Second, we try to set a fertigation system which were triggered by tensional meter in different range of soil water tension to automatic-control the fertigation. The last, we will suggest how to build an ideal potted-papaya orchard for commercial production.       (2)、Team of Tropical Fruit Research - Cultural Practice and Breeding Technology Improvement of Fruits in Kaohsiung District- Physiological Indicators for Selecting Heat and Chilling Tolerant Varieties of Tropical Fruits     Extreme temperature affect crop production and led to a decline of product quality and yield usually. The restriction of crop production caused by climate can be eased by breeding of varieties with high adaptability or acclimation capacity of unsuitable temperature. In response to the hard condition in fruit industry caused by climate change, physiological indicators for heat or low temperature tolerance of tropical fruits are developed or tried to used for new varieties selection in this research. (3)、Team of Tropical Fruit Research-Cultural Practice and Breeding Technology Improvement of Fruit in Kaohsiung District-The Benefits Evaluation of Guava Production in Net House For evaluation the benefits of guava production in facility, a net house was built in 2.6 m height with 16 mesh net covering and five to six years old guava are observed in this study. Microclimate data, development, yield, fruit quality, windproof effect, pest, disease and preventive methods will be investigated in this year. According to these data, the model of guava production in facility will be estimated. (4)、Team of Tropical Fruit Research –Cultural Practice and Breeding Technology Improvement of Fruit in Kaohsiung District –Evaluation of Net House Culture of Mango The objective of this project is to evaluate the effects of nethouse culture on mango fruit set, quality and plant disease formation rate. The project is expected to reduce 15-20% on the defect rate of fruit externals and fruit diseases respective that could stabilize mango production.
