摘要: 本統籌計畫針對鳳梨生產過程中所遭遇之缺工、費時、與採收後廢棄物處理問題,提出鳳梨生產作業一條龍之節省人工、省時以及資源再利用之解決方案。針對鳳梨業界所提出之缺工問題、人工判別問題、人工催花問題與鳳梨採收後廢棄物,提出「鳳梨田智慧農用機器人」、「鳳梨生長勢判別及可攜式遮陽期檢測系統之開發」以及「鳳梨取莖取纖機械與其加值化利用之開發」三個子計畫,期望透過「鳳梨田智慧農用機器人」之研發,結合催花系統的噴頭機構,並配合AI圖像辨識功能,使機械手臂末軸移動至鳳梨植株之中心部位,進行精準催花作業,降低人力需求。省卻人工須於夜間進行催花之麻煩。透過「鳳梨生長勢判別及可攜式遮陽期檢測系統之開發」之研製,提供客觀科學的數據讓業者參考。針對鳳梨採收後之莖葉,進行「鳳梨取莖取纖機械與其加值化利用之開發」研發。In view of the lack of labor, time-consuming and post-harvest waste disposal problems encountered in the production process of pineapple, this project proposes a one-stop solution for saving labor, time and resources in the production of pineapple. In response to the lack of work, artificial discrimination, artificial flowering and waste harvesting of pineapple, the "Pearl Field Smart Farming Robot", "Portable Pineapple Shading Period Judgment " Development of the detection system, and the "development of the pineapple stem fiberremoving machinery and its value-added utilization". it is expected to combine the flowering system through the research and development of the "Hawthorn Field Smart Agricultural Robot" The nozzle mechanism of the system, operateing with the AI image recognition function, moves the last axis of the robot arm to the center of the pineapple plant. The pineapple plants are accurately flowering by farm robot to reduce manpower requirements. It is necessary to eliminate the trouble of traditional calcium carbide water rushing at night. Through the development of "portable pineapple shading period discrimination system development", objective and scientific data is provided for the reference of the industry. In response to the harvesting of the pineapple after harvesting, the development of the "Pearl-bone picking and fiber-removing machinery and its value-added utilization" was carried out.
