摘要: 柑橘為台灣最重要經濟果樹,因果實品質差異大與果品安全性而使發展潛力受到限制。本研究擬經由整合採前栽培管理技術,如樹形改造、肥培管理、病蟲害保護和採後處理技術,並經由教育訓練,建立並落實完整的柑橘安全生產體系。Citrus is the most important commercial fruit crop in Taiwan. The development potential for citrus in Taiwan is limited due to fruit quality and safety. Our objective in this project is to establish the safety production system of citrus by integration preharvest and postharvest technologies.
