摘要: 建構安全優質的番石榴生產體系可建立完整之栽培管理制度及生產技術基準,並推廣實際生產應用,可降低生產成本,生產優質的番石榴。而有效管理病蟲害、降低農藥使用量,建立無農藥殘留之果品生產策略。透過產品認證,可提供消費者安全保障,增加消費者之信心,可增加產品市場競爭力,並拓展國內外市場。The establishment of the high quality and safety production system for guava can build up a complete system of cultural management and production technique standard. After the extension on production practice, the production cost can be lower down and produce high quality guava fruits. The disease and pest management should be controlled efficiently and the use of agri-chemicals should be decreased, therefore the production strategy of non-chemical residue for guava fruit can be established. On the other hand, the consumer's safety is guaranteed through the certification of the products and the confidence is also increased, the marketing competitiveness is enhanced too.
