摘要: 利用低溫貯藏及1-MCP保鮮處理,探討不同處理方式對鳳梨釋迦果實後熟及果實品質之影響,期能尋求適當的保鮮貯藏技術,達到延長果品的貯放時間,以開拓外銷市場,提升產業的競爭力的目的。This study is to determine the effects of low temperature storage and 1-MCP treatment on the ripening and quality of Atemoya fruits. Research the optimal preservation techniques to extending storage days for the purpose of exporting and enhancing competitiveness of Atemoya fruit industry.
